HBHL is committed to Reconciliation and healing with all Indigenous Peoples as we value accountability, dignity, collaboration, and continuous learning. HBHL recognizes the traditional territories, oral practices, and history of the Blackfoot Confederacy, Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika Nations. The Stoney Nakota Nations of Chiniki, Goodstoney/Wesley, and Bearspaw and The Tsuut’ina Nation of Treaty 7. We also acknowledge Métis Nation Region 3 and all who live, work and steward the Treaty 7 territories. As Treaty 7 Peoples we are all responsible for the continued health and honouring of these Sacred homelands.
