About the event

Protocols are embedded in Indigenous cultures and are integral in engaging with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Indigenous communities. Elder Saa’kokoto will be sharing the importance of observing protocol and what protocol is, including smudging and tobacco offerings.

Light snacks will be offered. 

This gathering will take place in "The Confluence Room" at The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland (formerly known as Fort Calgary).
