About the event
Join us as we venture out to gather sweetgrass in Southern Alberta. Elder Ruby Eaglechild will be joining us and sharing about the cultural significance of sweetgrass and respectful protocols for its harvesting and use.

Please Note:
This gathering requires a carpool journey. We'll meet at Chinook C-Train Station and travel together for 1.5ish hours south of Calgary to the harvesting location. For those not wishing to carpool, we will meet in Nanton before departing together. A gas card will be offered for those offering their vehicle for carpooling.
