About the event

Join us on a Sunday morning to learn about the important cultural significance of the sage plant. We will begin with an introduction to the sage plant and their many characteristics and uses. We will share proper protocol for picking sage leaves, ensuring that we respect the plants and maintain their ongoing health and vitality. This hands-on experience will deepen our connection with nature and foster a sense of gratitude for the Earth's abundant offerings. Plant harvesting protocol will be discussed before we climb Nose Hill together.
