An ambiguous introduction to the basic teachings of the Sacred Hoop in relation to personal growth and community development.

The Sacred Hoop represents many layers of an Indigenous perspective of life's journey. Through the teachings, we will explore how the Sacred Hoop provides some defining outlooks that involve worldviews, understanding of self, sociological and psychological understanding, and spiritual connection.

The Sacred Hoop is a land-based traditional knowledge system that has evolved through millennia of observations, insights, and Spiritual guidance that comes through experiential practices to provide us levels of understandings for where we are at individually and socially. 

This week we will focus on the Northern direction.
