About the event
Join us for an Indigenous learning circle as we learn more about the transition to the Autumn season. This time of year, we turn from the South to face the Western direction and reflect on the changing seasons. The Autumn Equinox is a time of gratitude, preparation, and transition. Learn more about what our responsibility is to this season with Ria-Mae Long.
In this circle, we will explore:
The significance of the Autumn Equinox.
Our responsibility to the land, her resources, and our communities during the autumn season.
All are welcome to attend. Light snacks will be offered.
The Alexandra Centre Society is located in Inglewood. There is plenty of street parking. We will be gathering in the "Rose Room"
