About the event

Come and share some food, conversation, and meeting other like-minded people on the journey! The December event is a special fondue party! We will be posting details for what to bring etc, soon.

Finding your tribe is a huge piece in integration, and we are providing these monthly potlucks as a way for us all to connect and find each other.

To Indigenous people, food has always been more than a source of nutrition to fuel our bodies through the day, and more than a source of pleasure. Food is our connection to all of creation and Mother Earth, which was given to all of us by the Creator to share. It fuels not just the physical body, but the mind and the spirit. Through harvesting, social gatherings, and ceremony, food brings family and community/social cohesion and facilitates the passing down of cultural traditions.

As you integrate whatever medicine you have been working with, find others on a similar path, and forge friendships that can help during those days when life can be challenging, and conversely, be a support for someone else who may be going through growth as well.
