Engaging with Elders

Elders are the heart of our communities, custodians of our history, and guides for our future. We believe in the sacredness of their knowledge and the importance of intergenerational connections. Through respectful and reciprocal relationships, we create spaces for Elders to share their wisdom, stories, and teachings. By actively listening, learning, and applying their guidance, we strengthen our cultural identity, heal from intergenerational trauma, and ensure that our traditions thrive for generations to come.

Our commitment to honouring Elders extends beyond ceremonial gatherings. We integrate their teachings into our programs, services, and decision-making processes. By weaving their wisdom into the fabric of our community, we create a vibrant and resilient future.
